Tour Organisation

Not only do we ensure excellent standards of service and communication when organising the tour with you, the ‘club tour organiser’, but we can also go that one step further and help you organise the finer details within your club.

We appreciate that more often than not the ‘tour organiser’ is a volunteer/parent within the club who has the unenviable task of organising and co-ordinating the tour including getting people interested, getting parents' permission, collecting in monies, communicating with all participants, etc…

With Klub Tours we try and take the pressure off you and help put your tour together with as little hassle as possible.

So what can we do?
a) We can provide you with a ‘template’ for your tour letter to parents/players ensuring that all the necessary and relevant information is included.

b) We can issue you with a list of ‘fundraising ideas’ to help finance your tour.

c) We can issue you with a comprehensive ‘name list’ template so that you can record the necessary details of the participants and include any particular medical/dietary requirements that they may have.

d) A Klub Tours representative can also arrange to come and visit your club/school and present the tour options and answer any questions there and then.
